About us

DK Love Movers is a licensed and bonded North Carolina moving company, certificate C#2487, based in Harnett County, North Carolina.

Estimates

Estimates provided through this website or by phone are non-binding and are based on the information you give us. The final charge depends on the actual size of the move, the access at both ends, and the time on the job. If what we find on move day differs materially from what was described, we will tell you before we start and agree a revised figure with you.

Bookings

Submitting a form on this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your move date is confirmed only once we confirm it with you by phone or email. If you need to change or cancel a date, contact us as early as you can.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about the move, including stairs, elevators, long carries and oversized items.
• Make sure we have legal access and, where required, a reserved elevator or loading dock.
• Do not give us hazardous, flammable, explosive or illegal items to transport. Federal regulations prohibit us from carrying them.
• Remove valuables, medication, documents and irreplaceable items and carry them yourself.

Liability

Our liability for loss or damage to goods in our care is governed by North Carolina law and by the terms of the bill of lading you sign on move day, which will set out the valuation coverage that applies. Nothing on this website varies those terms. Ask us before your move if you want to discuss additional valuation coverage.
